Get your flu jab

Getting your flu jab is the best way to protect you, your family and others, as flu cases are very high this year and can make people very unwell. The jab helps stop flu from spreading. This protects your local community and helps keep health services running. Speak with our reception team or call us to book your flu vaccination, today.

Carers Information

At Chelston Hall and Barton Surgery we know that being a carer can be rewarding but also challenging at times, and the role of our Carer Support Worker, Romina is all about making sure you don’t have to manage it alone.

Romina is here to listen, offer advice, and connect you with practical help, wellbeing resources, and local support services. Whether you’re looking after a partner, relative, friend, or neighbour and you are of any age, we want you to feel recognised, valued, and supported as part of our practice community.

If you’re a carer registered with Chelston Hall Surgery, please get in touch. You can contact Romina by txt or call on 07785 515979 or email romina.martinez@nhs.net

Carers Health & Wellbeing Check

A Carer’s Assessment, also known as a Health & Wellbeing Check, is an opportunity to talk about your caring role and how it affects your everyday life. It’s a friendly conversation that looks at both your practical and emotional needs — from taking a short break or joining leisure activities, to arranging sitting services or finding a local support group. If appropriate, we can also help arrange a further assessment for the person you care for.

The aim is to make sure you get the right support to look after your own wellbeing while continuing your important role as a carer.
